Flink 1.10 发布到自建Maven仓库，报Could not transfer artifact 。。。

报错：

只是在项目的pom中加入deploy是不够的，需要在tools/force-shading下面点的pom中也加入deploy，因为flink项目和force-shading模块的parent都是apache，默认会deploy到maven的中央仓库。
