TigerVNC is available in Ubuntu 17.04 and newer:
sudo apt install tigervnc-standalone-server tigervnc-viewer
On older Ubuntus, go to https://github.com/TigerVNC/tigervnc/releases to find the latest release, since it is not yet in an apt repository. Download and install:
wget https://bintray.com/artifact/download/tigervnc/stable/ubuntu-14.04LTS/amd64/tigervncserver_1.6.0-3ubuntu1_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i tigervncserver_1.6.0-3ubuntu1_amd64.deb
sudo apt-get -f install
启动、停止vnc
vncserver :1
vncserver -kill :1
Start TigerVNC vncserver at boot
The ubuntu install package also registers a system service, making it easy to define listening vnc servers on startup. Edit the file /etc/default/vncserver
and add the display number and user to start as:
VNCSERVERS="1:myusername"
sudo update-rc.d vncserver defaults
