亲测有效

1、编辑文件 /etc/my.cnf

在文档最下边加入一下代码：

user=你的mysql账号
password=你的mysql密码
host=你的IP
port=你的端口

2、重启mysql

systemctl restart mysqld.service

3、执行

将原来语句中 “mysql -hip -Pport -uuser -ppassword"替换为”–defaults-extra-file=/etc/my.cnf"
比如：/usr/local/mysql-5.6/bin/mysqldump --defaults-extra-file=/etc/my.cnf -S /tmp/mysql-5.6.sock 数据库 表 > xxx.sql

问题解决。
