CSS Position Fixed for IE6 用CSS解决ie6不支持position:fixed Bug

使用方法：

1. 把上面CSS加入你的样式中

2. 用  fixed-top fixed-bottom  fixed-left   fixed-right 四个class组合达到需要效果。
