解决方法：

在dos 环境下：输入  netstat   -ano|findstr  8080 

显示8080端口的进程：如图所示

查出是哪个进程占用8080端口之后，运行windows自带的taskkill命令，将上面的进程结束：taskkill  /pid  10692 /f ：
