[!] Smart quotes were detected and ignored in your Podfile. To avoid issues in the future, you should not use TextEdit for editing it. If you are not using TextEdit, you should turn off smart quotes in your editor of choice.

问题解决

我的是因为Pod的spec库(存放Pod可下载的所有三方库索引)版本太老，找不到你要下载的包，所以可以先删掉旧的Pod的spec库，然后重新安装。

pod repo remove master

pod setup

应该也可以使用Pod库更新命令

pod repo update

然后再install，问题解决。
