android box版本实现手机版netflix当前显示内容翻页功能

奈非 tv版本控制比较严格，白盒子安装上去都无法使用。只能安装手机版本，手机版本遥控器操作页面无法翻页。参考以为大神的的文章 MotionEvent.ACTION_SCROLL鼠标滚轮方式
