问题1 配置Settings.xml

描述：无法打开https://raw.githubusercontent.com/opendaylight/odlparent/master/settings.xml

解决办法：使用odlparent/settings.xml at master · opendaylight/odlparent · GitHub，里面主要声明两个profile，把这个和原本自己的settings.xml合并即可。
