The Position As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a member in BRS CTH China development team. The team, based in Tsinghua Science Park Beijing, is a part of CTH global team and contributes to develop a testing cloud infrastructure for BRS internal users. Responsibilities - Work with our customers within BRS engineering teams (Dev team, QA team, Performance team, …) to gather and discuss project requirements; - Draft design doc, write or maintain codes for features/functionalities of CTH Resource Manager or other components (e.g. Central Server, Request Handler, Schedulers, provisioning, etc); - Write unit test code and run pre-checkin test in continuous integration testing environment; - Enhance CTH deployment process; - Create and extend infrastructure access to multiple engineering sites; - Support BRS internal engineering customers with engagement.

Qualifications Must to have - M.S. in C.S or related areas with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or B.S with a minimum of 5 years experience; - Good knowledge and experience with web application development technologies, include at least Rails or other web development framework, RESTful web service, JavaScript? , JQuery, Ajax, XML, HTML5, CSS, HTTP; - Excellent object-oriented programming skills in one or more language(s): Ruby, Java, Python, C# and Perl; - Strong knowledge and experience in SQL, PostgreSQL? /MySQL database and multi-tier architectures; - Good development experience with Unix/Linux and Windows system; - Good documentation, analysis and troubleshooting skills; - Good communication skills(in both Chinese & English) to interface with CTH remote team members and other BRS engineering customer teams; - Quick learner, self-starter, flexible, adaptable, be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Plus: • Experience with Web GUI design; • Programming experience with PHP, Shell, C and C++; • Knowledge with VMWare products and vSphere SDK; • Experience with Agile/Scrum or TDD software development; • Familiar with software tools, such as RubyMine? , Eclipse, Rational Quality Manager, Perforce, Resque, Radis, Ngnix, Bugzilla; • Knowledge about software testing and test automation; • Experience with continuous integration environment for automated build, test and deployment with Jenkins or other CI tools; • Experience in working with international team.
