spring boot+spring mvc整合时，配置了可以访问controller但是找不到对应的jsp。

0.webapp在main目录下。
1.maven没打包出去。

                </includes>
            </resource>

配置成项目根目录

3.spring-boot-maven-plugin版本改成1.4.2，高于这个版本的打包后即使有jsp也会404
