android打电话自动免提

在incallactivity加入

之前TelecomAdapter.getInstance().setAudioRoute(AudioState.ROUTE_SPEAKER); 并没有生效

然后在源码中把setForceUse  FOR_COMMUNICATION相关的策略  全部改成FORCE_SPEAKER,这样的话就可以全部电话声音都改成免提,但是一开始的并没有初始化,怀疑是一开始没有设置通信的模式的原因。所以在incallactivity加入那段话,

最后找到系统原本就有定义这样的策略
