Oracle Database 12c cdb/pdb用户的创建

Release：Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

在cdb的模式下：

SQL> show con_name

CON_NAME
------------------------------
CDB$ROOT

SQL> create user hr identified by hr;
create user hr identified by hr
            *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-65096: invalid common user or role name

看一下报错信息：

SQL> !oerr ora 65096
65096, 00000, "invalid common user or role name"
