列出指定目录下所有文件的最后被修改时间

要求：输入指定目录路径，输出该路径下所有文件及其对应的最后被修改时间。

知识点：

在Linux下，一个文件也有三种时间，分别是：访问时间、修改时间、状态改动时间。

int stat(const char *restrict pathname, struct stat *restrict buf)

通过stat结构体中的成员变量st_mtime可以获得文件的最后被修改时间
