sentinel搭建

sentinel dashboard 版本1.8.5

我的springboot使用的是 2.4.2，项目依赖：

配置（单独添加sentinel.properties）：

# 控制端口号
csp.sentinel.dashboard.server=localhost:8080
# 心跳间隔 秒
csp.heartbeat.interval.ms=1000

# 本地api端口号
csp.api.port=8729
# 使用pid
csp.log.use.pid=true

目前版本是通过com.alibaba.csp.sentinel.config.SentinelConfigLoader来读取这个配置文件的，放在项目的根目录即可，可以避免很多问题而且也简洁。

依赖添加后sentinel dashboard内没有显示项目，可能通过提取配置到单独的sentinel.properties来解决。
