IOS 自定义的活动指示器 俗称菊花

这些代码不是自己写的，自己很懒，从网上找到的，发现能用，虽然很粗浅，但勉强能满足需要，就截了下来，放自己博客里面，使得自己以后容易找到。这里只是贴出了开始调用，没有贴出取消调用，具体的还得看自己的项目来定。
