keep up the good spirit

My father punched me on the nose for not going to company this Monday. I need to go there for consulting some medical assurance affairs.

However I didn't feel charismatic enough to appear in the daunting company. I chose to stay at home. 

You know what i mean.So, keep up the good spirit and fight for not being hated or discriminated against. You may not like me, but you have got to admire my persistence.
