GENERAL ERROR: The error message "You are already running Available_Media. Try again later." occurs when running the Available_Media command.

Solution

Overview:
The error message "You are already running Available_Media. Try again later." occurs when running the Available_Media command.

Troubleshooting: 
If the Available_Media script is aborted prior to completion, a lock file generated by the script will not get deleted. If the AM.<USERNAME>.lok file exists when Available_Media.cmd is run, it will echo an error message indicating that the script is already running.

Log Files: N/A

Resolution: 
To resolve this problem, it is necessary to delete the "AM.<USERNAME>.lok" lock file:

1. Click  Start | Run

2. Type %TEMP% to bring up Windows Explorer in the user's temp directory. Do not find *.lok !

3. Delete the  AM.<USERNAME>.lok file, then run the Available_Media.cmd script again.
