完美解决Vim，Vundle，Youcomplete以及code高亮问题

Youcomplete是最好用的插件，也是最难安装的插件，是后面使用中最容易出问题的插件，没有之一。三思而慎用之
打开~/.vimrc ,没有创建一个，复制以下内容
1.解决语法高亮问题
