Eclipse启动出现an error has occurred see the log file的解决方法

在.log文件中出现如下文字

两个方法
①删除/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.snap(若执行了这个就解决的话，不需要第二个方法)
②删除/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.e4.workbench/workbench.xmi
