Maven dependency 下载失败

项目场景：

问题描述

添加如下依赖时，项目报错：找不到该仓库内容

        <!-- thymeleaf -->
        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
            <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-thymeleaf</artifactId>
        </dependency>

The container 'Maven Dependencies' references non existing library 'D:\Data\maven\repository\org\springframework\boot\spring-boot-starter-thymeleaf\1.5.9.RELEASE\spring-boot-starter-thymeleaf-1.5.9.RELEASE.jar'

原因分析：

1.eclipse设置问题

2.阿里云下载问题

解决方案：

右键项目 ->  属性 -> Maven ->勾掉
