自建gitlab14以上版本，迁移后runner页面报错500

看了一圈，有说什么gitlab-secrets.json没拿过来的，纯纯的扯犊子

还有的让清空token，没错是没错，但是上来就让链接dbconsole，或者有一个APP开头的清理缓存的，然后报错一堆，大概就是，基本就是不好使：
