SpringBoot使用httpclient发送Post请求时,字符编码格式问题

在发送post请求时，从画面取到的数据是【假名】，在向后台服务端传递过程中，发现数据变成【？？？】，经调查发现是字符编码问题。

添加下列代码后，数据传递正确。
