实现跑马灯效果，可以直接在XML里面设置。

1.简单XML配置实现跑马灯（不能多个）

想要实现不去给TextView焦点也能一直跑马灯，可以在XML里面设置

android:focusableInTouchMode="true"
        android:focusable="true"

如：

<TextView
        android:id="@+id/id_text2"
        android:layout_width="80dp"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"        
        android:text="asdaffggadffdfdfsad"
        android:ellipsize="marquee"
        android:marqueeRepeatLimit="marquee_forever"
        android:singleLine="true"
        android:focusableInTouchMode="true"
        android:focusable="true"
        android:layout_below="@+id/id_
