axios请求下载excel文件以及文件乱码问题

一、如何下载文件

通过接口下载文件方式这里提供两种方法作为参考：

下载文件时responseType有两种类型可以指定，根据情况使用

responseType: 'arraybuffer' 或者 responseType: 'blob'

方法1：创建a标签实现

this.axios.post('/export-excel', {}, { responseType: 'blob' }).then(function (res) {
