主要原因是elsatci-job对执行的任务情况及状态会写入到job_execution_log表及job_status_trace_log表记录下来，如果数据源只有只读权限的话，那么这两张表是无法写入数据的，会导致异常抛出。

执行SQL命令 select @@read_only;

查询数据库当前读写状态：read_only=1（只读状态）
