  修复部分时间函数的在FE计算的结果，以保持和BE计算结果一致

  修复BE的web页面在展示tablet信息时可能导致BE宕机的问题

  修复时间类型过滤条件的类型转换问题，使其能够正确的转换为对应的事件类型

  调整FE的配置项thrift_client_timeout_ms的默认值，以解决访问information_schema库耗时过长的问题
