continue.

In Gemfile:
  debug was resolved to 1.9.1, which depends on
    irb was resolved to 1.12.0, which depends on
      rdoc was resolved to 6.6.2, which depends on
        psych

出现错误, 无法启动rails s ,这时需要在项目Gemfile里 , 添加: gem “psych”, “~> 4” , 再run: bundle , 就可以run: rails s 了
