安装第三方软件的时候总是出现下面得提示错误：

我这里使用阿里云：
pip install pillow -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com

！直接使用pip.init 文件， 一劳永逸！

注意：

1. AppData文件夹为隐藏文件夹
2. pip文件不存在时，直接创建

路径：

C:\Users\#你的计算机用户名#\AppData\Roaming\pip

路径下创建文件pip.ini

安装pip install mysqlclient

打开cmd
