第一种方法:
Response.ClearContent();
Response.ClearHeaders();
Response.ContentType = "Application/msword";

Response.WriteFile("C＃语言参考.doc");

Response.Flush();
Response.Close();

第三种方法:

总结一下：第一种方法最简单，但是有一个问题是当不存在你所要找的文档时，他会自动给你生成当前网页页面内容的word文档，也就是报不了错，不合适。第二种没试，但是第三种是可以报错的。
