Linux下安装R

环境：centos 6.5

R：version 3.2.0

R获取地址：https://www.r-project.org/

STEP1:

下载TAR包 R-3.2.0.tar.gz

STEP2:

复制TAR包：cp /R-3.2.0.tar.gz /softs/R-3.2.0.tar.gz

解压TAR包：tar zxvf R-3.2.0.tar.gz

STEP3:安装R

1.cd /softs/R-3.2.0

2.cd  /home/work

3.touch R

4. ./configure --prefix /home/work/R

5.第4步排错类型：

a.configure:error:No F77 compiler found.  

 solution: yum install gcc-gfortran

b.configure: error: --with-readline=yes (default) and headers/libs are not available

 solution:yum install  readline-devel 

c.configure: error: --with-x=yes (default) and X11 headers/libs are not available

 solution: yum install libXt-devel

d. configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check

 solution: yum install gcc-c++  glibc-headers

6.make

7.make install

STEP4:登陆R

cd /softs/R-3.2.0/bin/

./R
