Oracle OFS FS10755 报错问题的解决方法

 

 

在某些情况下，重装或重配 OFS 时，比如验证群集，或移动群集组时，会报 FS10755 错， 错误信息如下：

 

 

Oracle OFS error - FS10755: Error Creating the OracleFsWorker COM object After Oracle OFS installed, the verification could not pass and give errors: FS10755: Error Creating the OracleFsWorker COM object

FS10751: Node <node1> failed to create a class factory on remote node <node2>

0x80040154: class not registered.

检查 Windows 应用日志，可获知此错误来自 DCOM。 这种错误的原因，是有时群集服务帐号的口令已经改变，但与 OracleFsWorker 中的 DCOM

组件中的标识不一致。

 

解决方法：

1)    在群集管理器控制台中创建 MSDTC 群集资源，使之联机（需要在活动节点上启动 DTC

服务）。DTC 服务在配置 DCOM 组件时需要启动，但在 Oracle OFS 缺省使用不是必需

 

的。在 FS10755 错误解决后，可以被停止 DTC 服务，删除新创建的 MSDTC 资源。

2)    运行“开始程序管理工具组件服务”菜单，浏览“组件服务计算机我的电脑 DCOM ConfigOracleFsWorker”。 鼠标右键打开属性，打开“标识（Identities）”项，重新输入服务帐号和口令，选择“确 定”关闭所有窗口。

3)    重新运行 OFS 的 Verification（验证）过程，应该可以正常工作。

 

另一种解决方案：

 

 

当启动 OFS 验证群集状态，或试图移动一个群集组时，可能会收到如下报错信息，并且在 事件日志中没有相关记录。

 

 

Error: FS-10751 Text: Node %s failed to create a class factory on remote node %s

Cause: The class factory cannot be created on a remote node.

Action: Make sure that Oracle Fail Safe Server is installed with Administrator privileges on all clusternodes and make sure it is installed to run under the same account on all cluster nodes.

To check the account used, click Start, then Programs, then Oracle-<Oracle_Home>, then Oracle

Fail Safe Security Setup.

操作：确保 OFS 以 Administrator 管理员权限安装到所有节点，并确认 OFS 在所有群集节点 上以同样的帐号运行。检查所使用的帐号，可以点击 start—programs-Oracle<oracle home>， 运行 Oracle Fail Safe Security Setup.

 

 

Error: FS-10755 Text: Error creating the Oracle FailServer COM object Cause: The Oracle Fail Safe Server failed to create a COM object. Action: Check the Windows NT event log for messages.

操作：检查 Windows NT 的日志信息

 

 

No error is recorded at the Event Viewer and Microsoft Services don't have any problem.

在事件查看器中没有错误记录，且 Windows 服务没有问题。

原因：这种问题的产生是应用了某些组策略，或者 DCOM 配置被安装过程或人为原因改变。 下面步骤需要在所有节点上执行。 启动注册表编辑器，定位下位路径：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/OLE

验证名称项 EnableDCOM 是否存在，如果不存在，创建，并赋值为 Y。

验证名称项 EnableRemoteConnect 是否存在，如果不存在，创建，并赋值为 Y。 重启操作系统，使之在每个节点上生效。
