LeetCode 28 Implement strStr()

Implement strStr().

Return the index of the first occurrence of needle in haystack, or -1 if needle is not part of haystack.

分析

1 可以理解为字符串匹配题

2 如果needle为空怎么办，直接返回0

3 time o(m*n) 

4 for循环中不加条件语句，永为真 ，函数可以不写返回语句

5 可以用kmp做法

6 可以直接用substr来做
