设置最小的undo保留周期
可以通过UNDO_RETENTION参数指定最小的undo保留周期（秒）

参照在"About the  Undo Retention Period"，当前undo保留时间会被自动调整为远大于undo_retention参数值，或者retention guarantee是被启用的，undo表空间较小的情况下小于undo_retention参数值。

调整最小undo保留时间：
修改初始化参数文件里面的undo_retention:
在任意时间使用alter system修改undo_retention参数值：alter system set undo_retention=2400;
在undo表空间空间充足的情况下，undo_retention参数的调整会立即生效。
