解决IE6不支持position为fixed的bug

将position定义为fixed，在IE6下发现，不能得到支持。

解决方案为：

例如，使用fixed 的详细定义语句如下：

.footer .qq_kefu{ width:1440px; height:75px; position:fixed; background:url(../images/gy_bottom_08.png); bottom:0; z-index:10001;}

在其下方进行如下定义：

* html .footer .qq_kefu{position:absolute;bottom:0px;top:expression(eval(document.documentElement.scrollTop+document.documentElement.clientHeight-this.offsetHeight-(parseInt(this.currentStyle.marginTop,10)||0)-(parseInt(this.currentStyle.marginBottom,10)||0)));}

保存之后，即可解决。
