WinSCP:but error occurred while setting the permissions and/or timestamp

错误的信息为：

Upload of file .. was successful, but error occurred while setting the permissions and/or timestamp. 

If the problem persists, turn off setting permissions or preserving timestamp. Alternatively you can 

turn on 'Ignore permission errors' option.

解决办法：

1.使用FileZilla

这是可以的。

2.更改winscp的配置
