ubuntu16.04:matlab2016b安装后打不开

我参考的安装教程为,我的操作系统为ubuntu 16.04：

然后想打开matlab的时候，一直处于那个开始界面，打不开，我的方法为：

sudo chown eric -R ~/.matlab

然后去了安装目录运行：

eric@eric-ms-7a54:/usr/local/MATLAB/R2016b/bin$ sudo ./matlab

然后就启动了，我也不清楚其原因。
