windows系统中hosts文件的位置为：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc ，找到该文件并已文本形式打开，添加下面一句话，保存之后关闭，重启Eclipse打开Android SDK Manager，ok！

把如下的内容复制保存为hosts,然后替换掉 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\目录下的 hosts，就可以方便的使用google.com！
