TranslucentTB已更新，重启windows后生效

问题：

电脑中的TranslucentTB突然无法使用，开机后弹窗如标题，卸载重装也无法解决问题。使用管理员运行就会直接卡住，并报错：

TranslucentTB has encountered a fatal error and cannot
continue executing.
Failed to initialize XAML Diagnostics.
0x80070102:The wait operation timed out.

解决方法：

简单来说就是：打开任务管理器 

再重新打开 TranslucentTB就正常了.
