Java文字转语音功能实现

需要下载jacob-1.18，网上一堆
项目中引入pom文件

但是项目启动后出现了no jacob-1.18-x64 in java.library.path

找不到的可以私信我。下载之后ddl文件放在JDK的目录下即可
