1,添加引用 COM+ Services Type Library
2,添加引用Microsoft Active Server Pages Object Library

3,新建项目ActiveX dll 属性 名称为 project1

4,新建类 Class1 如下

Public Server As ASPTypeLibrary.Server
Public Session As ASPTypeLibrary.Session
Public Response As ASPTypeLibrary.Response
Public Request As ASPTypeLibrary.Request

    Set Application = objContext.Item("Application")

    Set Session = objContext.Item("Session")

5,生成dll

6,注册服务
  
  控制面板-管理工具-组件服务-com+应用程序
 
  新建-应用程序-空应用程序
  注册上面的dll

7,新建asp文件
