--查看用户使用的配置文件

select username,profile from dba_users where username = 'SCOTT';

--查看密码设置规则（一般使用“DEFAULT”）

select * from dba_profiles where profile='DEFAULT' and resource_name='PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME';

--修改密码校验规则为空，不进行校验

alter profile default limit password_verify_function null;

然后就可以愉快的设置自己喜欢的简单密码了。
