Problem solved but I consider it a bug of some sort.

If I take the class for setting permissions that I have in the library and put it in the package where the app that uses it is. No changes to the code. It works.

I get the same prompts and messages in both cases so there is no difference in what is displayed or what code is executed.When executing from library it says Application Testdriver is asking.... exactly the same way as when I run the class from the same package as Testdriver

Only difference is that changes are not saved.

If it is by design I should get an error when running from library. If it is not by design its a bug.

Anyway. It means I have to put the same code in 4 places. Not smart.

If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough
