I solve this problem by 2 steps next:

1-Change the version of stdlib for your version num.

dependencies {

compile "org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib:1.2.21"

}

 

2-Change the version of the plugin for your version num.

dependencies {

    classpath "org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.2.21"

    // NOTE: Do not place your application dependencies here; they belong
    // in the individual module build.gradle files
}
