在webview中网络异常加载失败后，页面上下滑动会有黑条出现

-(void)webView:(UIWebView *)webView didFailLoadWithError:(NSError *)error{
    [HUD hide:YES];
    [CommenData showNetError:self.navigationController.view];

        [self loadBlankPage];
    }
}

应该可以这样，没有测试

    [_webView loadRequest:request];
