报错：TypeError: can't convert Hash into String

The first thing I notice is you are running Ruby 1.8 on OS X which is not supported as it's an old version. If you can follow the instructions for installing a recent version of Ruby - http://docs.cloudfoundry.com/docs/common/install_ruby.html#osx have another go after doing this and then come back if the issue persists.

因为ruby版本太低，ubuntu默认apt-get 是1.8的 cloud foundry要求1.9
