1.ios7以下用openurl 打开 itms-apps://ax.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?type=Purple+Software&id=xxxxxx，id替换为应用在itunes上的id即可

2。ios7 url 变了itms-apps://itunes.apple.com/app/idxxxxx，而且不能进入评价界面。

3.ios7.1 用http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewContentsUserReviews?id=xxxxx&pageNumber=0&sortOrdering=2&type=Purple+Software&mt=8，可以跳转到评价界面，但是ios7.0.4不行
