Unable to authenticate: Fail to create new session

1 问题描述
手机app或者基于微信的软件，连接openfire的时候提示如下错误

2016.09.18 17:42:54 org.jivesoftware.openfire.server.ServerDialback[Acting as Originating Server: Create Outgoing Session from: dzm-pc to RS at: 192.168.4.187 (port: 5269)] - Unable to create a new outgoing session 
2016.09.18 17:42:54 org.jivesoftware.openfire.session.LocalOutgoingServerSession[Create outgoing session for: dzm-pc to 192.168.4.187] - Unable to create a new session: Dialback (as a fallback) failed. 
2016.09.18 17:42:54 org.jivesoftware.openfire.session.LocalOutgoingServerSession[Authenticate local domain: 'dzm-pc' to remote domain: '192.168.4.187'] - Unable to authenticate: Fail to create new session. 

2 解决方案
在开发环境xmpp.domain最好是ip地址(例如 192.168.4.187)，而不是主机名
