eclipse 配置文件不自动提示问题

1.配置文件中文乱码  需要装 eclipse edit  插件（properties显示小P的绿标）

2.配置文件自动提示 需要装 sts 插件  （properties显示小树叶）

3.同时安装以上俩个插件时候 如果代码没有自动提示，在文件上右键选择open with  - 》 spring properties edit 打开就可以自动提示代码了。
