通过执行：yum  install -y gcc

[root@test240 local]# cd php-7.1.18/
[root@test240 php-7.1.18]# ./configure --prefix=/usr/lib/php71 --enable-fpm --with-mysqli --with-curl --with-pdo_mysql --with-pdo_sqlite --enable-mysqlnd --enable-mbstring --with-gd
