sqlplus:error while loading shared libraries:/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/lib/libcIntsh.so.11.1:cannot restore segment port after reloc:permission denied.

原因 ：selinux 改成disabled

vi /etc/selinux

SELINUX=disabled
